Fontanafredda is a historic winery located in Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy. Founded in 1858 by King Vittorio Emanuele II, it was originally his hunting estate and later became a celebrated winery. The estate's vineyards are nestled amidst the rolling hills, renowned for producing some of Italy's most prestigious wines. Over the decades, Fontanafredda has been a pioneer in the development and promotion of Nebbiolo wines, particularly Barolo and Barbaresco.
