Le domaine

Albert Bichot

Domaine Albert Bichot is a historic house founded in 1831, deeply rooted in the heart of Beaune. For generations, the family has mastered the art of expressing the unique 'terroir' of Burgundy, managing their vineyards with a commitment to sustainability and respect for the individuality of each plot. The Fixin appellation, often considered the hidden gem of the Côte de Nuits, benefits from the same limestone-rich soils as its prestigious neighbor, Gevrey-Chambertin. This 2023 vintage reflects the meticulous care taken by Bichot’s winemakers to harvest Pinot Noir at perfect phenolic maturity, resulting in a wine that balances rustic energy with elegant fruit purity.
